Abstract: This paper studies students majoring in marine engineering technology through literature research, case analysis, and empirical investigation to explore practical pathways for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities. It constructs a four-dimensional cultivation system of“specialty-innovation integration, industry-education collaboration, competition-innovation combination, and platform support”, effectively enhancing students'innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities in marine engineering technology specialty clusters. The paper proposes specific practical pathways including curriculum optimization, deepening school-enterprise cooperation, improving competition mechanisms, and building innovation platforms, providing theoretical foundation and practical reference for innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in higher vocational colleges.
