Abstract: Under the background of building a maritime power, China's marine industry has ushered in new opportunities and challenges. As an important branch of marine science, the improvement of teaching quality in marine ecology is of great significance for cultivating high-quality marine professional talents. This article explores and practices teaching reform from three aspects: optimizing teaching content, adopting blended teaching methods, and focusing on process evaluation and assessment, in order to improve teaching quality and students'comprehensive quality, and provide useful reference and inspiration for the teaching reform of marine disciplines in universities.
