Research on the Construction of Teaching Staff for Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Majors Based on School Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract: This article aims to explore the strategies and practices of building a teaching staff for big data and artificial intelligence majors based on school enterprise cooperation. With the rapid development of information technology, big data and artificial intelligence have become important forces driving social progress. As the cradle of talent cultivation, vocational undergraduate colleges urgently need to build a high-quality and specialized teaching staff to meet the needs of industry development. School enterprise cooperation, as an effective educational model, provides new ideas and approaches for the construction of teaching staff. This article analyzes the importance, current situation, and challenges of school enterprise cooperation, and proposes targeted strategies for the construction of teaching staff, in order to provide reference for the development of big data and artificial intelligence majors.
