Exploring the Path of Innovative Talent Training in Applied Universities under the Background of Industry Education Integration

Abstract: This article focuses on the reform of talent cultivation in applied universities under the background of industry education integration. It proposes five paths: the establishment of a physical industrial college by schools and enterprises, the construction of an integrated system of“position course certification”, the creation of a three-level practical platform of “teaching training incubation”, the implementation of“two-way mutual recruitment”of teachers, and the establishment of an “enterprise led”evaluation mechanism. These paths aim to solve the problem of the disconnect between talent cultivation and industry demand, provide a practical framework for innovative talent cultivation models in applied universities, and achieve precise docking between the education chain and the industry chain.
