Research on Talent Cultivation Strategy for the Integration of Medical Care and Elderly Care Based on Industry-Education Integration

Abstract: In the context of global population aging, the training models for applied talents in medical and elderly care in various countries have their own characteristics, population demonstrating the deep integration of education and vocational training to meet the diverse needs of elderly care services. China is currently in a critical period of building a talent cultivation system that combines medical care and elderly care, facing the challenge of cultivating versatile talents. This article explores the advantages of integrating industry and education in the cultivation of medical and elderly care talents, such as strengthening the teaching staff, improving professional competence, accurately matching supply and demand, and promoting service quality. It also proposes practical paths, including increasing the integration of industry and education, building high-level training platforms, strengthening the construction of teacher resources, and using skill competitions to promote teaching reform, in order to build a high-quality talent cultivation system that meets market demand.
