Abstract: Universities are the cradle for cultivating innovative talents, and the innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform for college students is the foundation project for the growth of innovative talents. This study starts with the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship practice platforms in universities, conducts on-site research on the actual situation and problems to be solved, proposes the construction path of innovation and entrepreneurship incubation bases in universities, and studies their role in talent cultivation. By integrating AI technology, students can develop their problem-solving skills and innovation abilities in complex technological environments, and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents with international perspectives and high-level professional qualities.
