Research on the Cultivation of Digital Talents in Vocational Colleges under the Background of High-Quality Development

Abstract: In the context of high-quality development, the cultivation of digital talents in vocational colleges faces core contradictions such as mismatch between professional settings and industry demands, lagging curriculum systems behind technological development, and structural deficiencies in teachers'digital literacy. This article proposes the construction of a three-dimensional linkage training system consisting of“industry demand orientation, capability based training, and digital technology empowerment”. Through the implementation of the“four chain linkage”training mode and the creation of a“five in one” support system, the collaborative innovation of digital talent training in vocational colleges can be achieved, forming a new vocational education ecosystem that adapts to the needs of high-quality development.
