Exploration of the Talent Cultivation Model for Top-notch Innovative Electronic Information Professionals Oriented towards National Industrial Strategic Demands

Abstract: This article takes the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in the field of electronic information that meets the strategic demands of the national industry as its starting point. By analyzing the existing problems in the process of cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in the field of electronic information in local universities, and drawing on the models of top-notch innovation talent cultivation from both domestic and foreign sources, it actively explores a set of cultivation models for top-notch innovative talents in the field of electronic information that are oriented towards the strategic demands of the industry and conform to the educational characteristics of local universities. That is, by creating an ecological system of teaching, learning, competition and production, establishing a multi-party collaborative and well-equipped education and training mechanism, expanding multi-dimensional innovation practice platforms, and innovating the student self-governance management model, etc., it aims to better cultivate and supply more top-notch innovative talents for the electronic information industry. Meanwhile, the innovative approaches adopted during the reform process have also provided reference for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in other local universities.
