Research on Strategies for Enhancing Digital Literacy of Business Teachers

Abstract: This article focuses on the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the digital literacy of business discipline teachers in the context of the reform of educational digitization. Through the literature research method and the interview method, the deficiencies of business discipline teachers in digital literacy are sorted out, including issues such as uneven application levels of digital technologies, insufficient capabilities in integrating and utilizing digital resources, mismatches between digital literacy training and professional development needs, the need to improve digital teaching innovation capabilities, and imperfect evaluation and incentive mechanisms for digital literacy. Suggestions are put forward, such as strengthening the training mechanism for the application ability of digital technologies, enhancing the effectiveness of integrating and utilizing digital resources, optimizing the paths of digital literacy training and professional development, supporting innovative practices in digital teaching, and improving the evaluation and incentive mechanisms for digital literacy. It is hoped that these measures can improve the quality of teaching and talent cultivation.
