Abstract: In response to the current problems in the construction of first-class undergraduate majors in oil production engineering courses, this article is guided by the concept of outcome-based education (OBE) and constructs a new hybrid teaching model. It systematically reconstructs a three-level progressive content system, innovatively designs a project-based learning (PBL) and virtual simulation teaching implementation strategy that deeply integrates online and offline, establishes a“four in one”collaborative education mechanism, and develops a diversified assessment and evaluation system. The aim is to stimulate students' learning autonomy, enhance their comprehensive ability to solve complex engineering problems, teamwork, and innovative spirit through integrated teaching design, and achieve collaborative improvement of course knowledge, abilities, and literacy cultivation effect.
