The standardized training of residents is an important part of continuing medical education after graduation for radiologists. This paper discusses the application of wechat participatory teaching model in standardized training of residents in radiology department, with the help of Wechat public number, wechat group, wechat small program and other functions to achieve online learning, interactive exchange, resource sharing and et. al, in order to improve the teaching effect. At the same time, on the problems of information overload and screening difficulty, insufficient interaction in Wechat participatory teaching, this paper puts forward some corresponding solutions, such as setting up a professional group management, holding online or offline seminars regularly, building a professional medical imaging platform and so on. The Wechat participatory teaching mode breaks the limitation of study time and space, and makes the study mode flexible, the study time fragmented, the study place moveable, the study resources diversified, the study content front-line, to provide residents with more convenient, efficient, personalized way of learning, significantly improve the department of radiology in clinical teaching results.
