    With the popularization of artificial intelligence technology and the strong demand for talents, artificial intelligence courses are playing an increasingly important role in the talent cultivation of application-oriented universities. As China lists artificial intelligence as a national strategy and a technology with priority for development, it also puts forward higher requirements for the teaching of artificial intelligence courses in application-oriented universities, especially experimental teaching.     Majors of surveying and mapping (i.e., surveying and mapping, geographic information science, remote sensing) were characterized by high technological realism, rapid updating speed and rich disciplinary fusion. Especially, under the support of current UAV platform, the traditional obtaining method of geographic information data faces challenges and the knowledge involved in the photogrammetry courses was in urgent need of adaptation.     The purpose of this study is to explore how to build an effective blended teaching mode according to the school's positioning as an application-oriented institution, combined with the cultivation goal of comprehensive and application-oriented talents in communication engineering. Through the independent construction of 55 microclasses and 20 virtual simulation tasks, we have studied and practiced the application of the three-phase blended teaching mode of“pre-course preparation, online theoretical learning, and offline simulation and reinforcement”in the computer communication network course. The results of the study show that this teaching mode can significantly improve students'learning motivation and thus enhance the teaching effect of the course. At the same time, students'practical ability is effectively strengthened in the course learning process, laying a solid foundation for their future career development. Therefore, the adoption of this hybrid teaching mode is of great significance for the cultivation of applied talents in communication engineering and provides a feasible solution for the curriculum reform of applied colleges and universities.

    In order to develop students’ability to solve complex engineering problems, the teaching innovation and practice of integrated practice course was carried out in the mechanical design, manufacturing and automation major of application-oriented college. Focusing on complex engineering problems and integrating multiple professional core courses, a modular comprehensive practice curriculum system with tasks as the main line, abilities as the goal, teachers as guidance and students as the center was constructed. The four elements teaching method of“lecturing-self-study-discussion-dialogue”was applied to promote the organic integration of theory teaching and engineering practice.     Taking the biotechnology major at Heilongjiang University as the research object, this paper analyzes the necessity of optimizing the curriculum system under the background of being awarded the title of“National First-Class Major Construction Point”.     Field geological internship is an important professional course in resource exploration engineering.     The standardized training of residents is an important part of continuing medical education after graduation for radiologists. This paper discusses the application of wechat participatory teaching model in standardized training of residents in radiology department, with the help of Wechat public number, wechat group, wechat small program and other functions to achieve online learning, interactive exchange, resource sharing and et. al, in order to improve the teaching effect. At the same time, on the problems of information overload and screening difficulty, insufficient interaction in Wechat participatory teaching, this paper puts forward some corresponding solutions, such as setting up a professional group management, holding online or offline seminars regularly, building a professional medical imaging platform and so on.     Under the background of new engineering construction in our country, traditional engineering majors urgently need to be transformed and upgraded. In response to the current situation and existing problems in the practical ability training of students in the field of vehicle engineering at Dalian Jiaotong University, guided by industry demand, a new model of practical ability training for students in the major of vehicle engineering that meets the background of new engineering construction has been explored. Reform research and practical exploration have been carried out in cultivating industry engineering awareness, creating a practical platform for integrating industry and education, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and strengthening industry cultural values. These measures have strengthened the cultivation of students'practical ability, improved the employment competitiveness of professional graduates, and provided reference and guidance for the upgrading and transformation of traditional engineering majors.
