Abstract: With the rapid development of technology, ethical challenges faced in technological innovation have become increasingly prominent, necessitating the strengthening of soft power in engineering ethics. The course engineering ethics, as an essential component of graduate and undergraduate education in engineering, serves as a crucial pathway to cultivate technological talents with both professional spirit, social responsibility, and ethical judgment. To enhance teaching effectiveness, a series of case studies and practical plans that closely align with industry hotspots and realistic issues have been designed, taking into account the characteristics of the electronic information major. During the teaching process, interactive and critical learning is emphasized. Through classroom discussions, case analyses, debates, and other forms of discussions, students are immersed in complex ethical decision-making scenarios, allowing them to understand the ethical responsibilities and social expectations of various roles in engineering activities from multiple perspectives. This not only enhances students'engineering ethics literacy but also lays a solid foundation for their future careers. This teaching practice is of significant importance in cultivating high-quality and responsible technological talents and promoting the harmonious coexistence of technology and ethics.
