Exploration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform for College Students in Medical Schools

Abstract: Under the background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, there is no mature and effective experience and model for innovation and entrepreneurship education for medical students. By analyzing the problems highlighted in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical schools, this paper argues that medical schools should constantly update the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education, vigorously strengthen the construction of teachers and talents, optimize the teaching content and curriculum system, create a cultural atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship on campus, set up a platform for dual-creation support, and improve the education evaluation mechanism; organic integration of dual-creation education into the medical talent training system, exploring the reform program for the integration of medical professional education and dual-creation education, in order to cultivate high-quality medical talents with innovation and entrepreneurship thinking and ability.
