Teaching Mode of Human Geography and Urban and Rural Planning Majors Oriented to Interdisciplinary Integration

Abstract: Interdisciplinary integration is an inevitable trend in the future development of science and an important driving force for accelerating scientific and technological innovation. The cultivation of applied, compound and skilled talents cannot be separated from the support of a multidisciplinary teaching system. In this context, interdisciplinary integration is an important direction for talent cultivation and teaching reform and innovation in human geography and urban and rural planning. It is necessary to explore the interdisciplinary teaching model of human geography. Under the unified guidance and requirements of the talent training program, this paper attempts to explore and construct an interdisciplinary teaching model for human geography from the aspects of teaching team, teaching resources, teaching activities and teaching evaluation and assessment system. Focusing on the interdisciplinary course of human geography, the teaching objectives of the interdisciplinary course are achieved by utilizing cross-disciplinary teaching teams, cross-disciplinary cooperative innovation projects, cross-disciplinary cooperative competitions and online teaching resources.
