Problems and Development Strategies Facing the Business Administration Program in the New Liberal Arts Era

Abstract

Abstract: The new liberal arts emphasize interdisciplinary research and focus on cultivating students'innovative thinking and practical ability. In the new liberal arts period, business administration majors are facing new opportunities and challenges. On the basis of exploring the problems of business administration majors, this paper analyzes the impact of new liberal arts on business administration majors to produce interdisciplinary cross-fertilization, innovation of talent cultivation mode, and reform of curriculum system and teaching methods. Therefore, this paper puts forward the development strategies of adjusting and optimizing the curriculum structure, innovating teaching methods and means, strengthening the construction of faculty and deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises in the period of new liberal arts, so as to cultivate students who can meet the requirements of the new liberal arts construction.
