Research on Specialty-Innovation Integration Training Mode for Marketing Major in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Enrollment Expansion——Take Marketing Major as an Example

Abstract: Under the background of higher vocational enrollment expansion, higher vocational students have great changes in student scale, learning expectation, behavior habits, knowledge reserve and other aspects. In addition, the rapid development of the industry and the application of new technology have led to the improvement of enterprises' requirements on the innovation ability of marketing talents. Therefore, construct the "three integration & three connectivity" specialty-innovation integration talent training mode for higher vocational marketing major, and put forward the improvement measures such as setting training objectives by classification and stratification, precise teaching mode, specialized and creative curriculum system, and building teaching + entrepreneurship service platform, in order to solve the practical teaching problems of higher vocational marketing major after enrollment expansion, and ensure the effective implementation of national policies.
