Empirical Research on the Construction Path of the “Double-Qualified” Faculty of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Vocational Education Group

Abstract: Higher vocational education in the higher education system undertakes the important task of providing high skilled talents for social production, construction and management services. Stabilizing high-quality "double qualified" teachers is the guarantee of the overall school running level of higher vocational colleges. Under the background of the new era, improving the quality of "double qualified" teachers and constructing the training ways of "double qualified" teachers are one of the important tasks of contemporary higher vocational colleges. This paper first defines the "double qualified" teachers of vocational education group and higher vocational colleges, and then deeply explores the path of "double qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of vocational education group, hoping to bring reference and thinking to the majority of relevant educational colleagues.
