Analysis on the Teaching Reform Path of College Students' Mental Health Education under the Background of the New Era

Abstract: College students' mental health is closely related to their growth and success. As an important carrier affecting mental health education, mental health education curriculum faces many problems in practical development. Especially in the new era, with the rapid development of information technology, students can be exposed to diversified information content. In order to promote students to correctly distinguish information and obtain healthy psychological development, we should pay more attention to students' mental health, establish a new mental health education curriculum model with multi-party cooperation, and innovate teaching methods in an all-round way, realize the reform and development of curriculum teaching.
