To enhance the entrepreneurial intention of undergraduates, we should start with entrepreneurship education. Through empirical investigation, it is found that the current situation of undergraduate's entrepreneurship education is not ideal. After further chi-square test, it is found that undergraduate's school level, household registration, family's business experience and other factors significantly affect undergraduate's entrepreneurship education. Through the differentiation analysis of corresponding undergraduate's entrepreneurial intention, it is found that the more abundant the undergraduate's entrepreneurship education is, the higher their entrepreneurial intention will be. This suggests that we should start from multiple aspects of entrepreneurship education for undergraduates, which provides a basis for carrying out entrepreneurship education from school, society and family to enhance undergraduates' entrepreneurial intention.

The supply of high-quality preschool teachers is inseparable from the cultivation of preschool education major and the employment of graduates. Faced with the problem of high loss rate of preschool normal students, this paper analyzes the unfavorable factors that affect the employment of preschool education graduates through questionnaire survey and individual interview. The individual level includes non-first major selection, passive learning attitude, lack of effective career planning, employment pursuit of establishment status. The level of colleges and universities involves biased curriculum, shocking education practice experience, employment guidance with little help. The social level includes the traditional concept of "looking after children", the recruitment standard focusing on skills, and few recruitment quota, low salary, etc. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the employment of preschool graduates.
