Abstract: This article aimed at the problem of the duplicate checking system for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program,Development of Laravel framework based on MYSQL + PHP,Designed the function module, relationship cabinet diagram, hierarchical structure and system page of the duplicate checking system,Established a duplicate checking system for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training programs. The system obtains the duplicate report of the final materials through text comparison, similarity discrimination, data screening, and online operation.
