Study on the Educational Model under the Four-core Driven of “Study·Competiton·Practice·Entrepreneurship"——Based on the Perspective of Applied Undergraduate Talent Cultivation in Independent Colleges.

Abstract: Combined with applied undergraduate education "to the regional economy and society, based on teaching theory, professional practice education as the basis, with the demand for talent value as the standard"characteristics, this paper analyzes the connotation of "Study·Competiton·Practice·Entrepreneurship" four-core driven education model based on the perspective of the talent cultivation of applied undergraduate in independent colleges. This paper analyzes the current situation of the applied talent cultivational model of independent colleges and the problems in the design of system, concrete implementation, evaluation mechanism and the concept of educating people. Then put forward the proposal of constructing the "Study·Competiton·Practice·Entrepreneurship " four-core driven model to assist the development of applied undergraduate talent cultivation in independent colleges.
