Abstract: The outlook on youth in the new era provides basic guidelines for promoting youth growth and strengthening moral education in private colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the predicament of moral education in private colleges and universities, this article focuses on the fundamental education issue of "who to train, for whom, and how to train". Based on the main points of the new era youth outlook, "Two basic points" ,"Two combinations" and "Four Emphasis" are proposed to make further thought and research on the leading path, work carrier, and work team building of moral education in private colleges and universities.Only by basing itself on the actual development of universities, grasping the law of development, and ensuring the effectiveness of moral education can private colleges and universities raise the level of moral education and provide more outstanding talents for socialist construction.
