Abstract: Nowadays, higher vocational education is in the stage of rapid development, and the achievements it has made are obvious to all. It has provided a large number of applied talents for the development of all walks of life, and greatly satisfied the employment demand of the society. Different from ordinary colleges and universities, higher vocational education aims and features to cultivate applied technical talents. Generally speaking, higher vocational education will set up majors and courses based on the needs of employment and industrial development, which is also the most significant difference between higher vocational colleges and ordinary colleges. China has always attached great importance to the development of higher vocational colleges. How to improve the quality and characteristics of running schools has become a key issue for higher vocational colleges. School-enterprise cooperation is an important mode of talent training in higher vocational colleges. This mode has really narrowed the relationship between students and social practice and positions, which is extremely beneficial to the realization of talent training objectives.
