Research on the Psychology of College Students’ Entrepreneurial Failure based on Motivation Theory

Abstract: College students' entrepreneurship is a major way to solve the problem of employment difficulties, but at present, college students' entrepreneurship often ends in failure. This paper will analyze the causes of college students’ entrepreneurial failure from the perspective of college students’ entrepreneurial teams, and find out the problems of college students’ entrepreneurial awareness, entrepreneurial abilities, and social experience; through the introduction of motivation theory, use motivation theory to propose corresponding strategies to improve college students’ entrepreneurial ability, strengthen the help of colleges and social support, so as to promote the realization of the entrepreneurial goal of college students' entrepreneurial team.
