Abstract: The construction of the "three-oriented" talent training model provides theoretical and practical basis for the improvement of medical students' professional spirit ability. We should continue to innovate the form of medical students' extracurricular practice activities and establish a scientific and standardized medical students' professional spirit promotion training system. We should pay attention to the summary and induction of talent training experience, break through the bottleneck problem under the traditional model, and lay a guarantee for promoting the all-round development of students.
