Abstract: The implementation of "Double high plan" and the construction of professional groups have broken the original management mode of higher vocational colleges and brought certain challenges to the comprehensive management of schools. The construction of professional group is a double reform of teaching organization and management mode, which directly influences the construction of grass-roots management mode in higher vocational colleges.
