Research and Practice on the Cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Automobile Major Students based on the Training Base of Integration of Production and Education

Abstract

Abstract: Strengthening the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is a major strategic plan of the country for talent cultivation. Deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important means to cultivate innovative talents and an important measure to build an innovative country. By analyzing the achievements and problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges at the present stage, this paper proposes to reform the training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship talents based on industry education integration training base, carry out industry education integration and school enterprise dual education, so as to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of automobile majors. It has achieved the effect of "three promotion", "three integration" and "win-win between school and enterprise".
