On the Reform of General Education Course in Colleges and Universities Guided by Key Competencies

Abstract: Introducing key competencies into general education, improving the teaching target system of general education courses, and solving the problem of "what to teach" in general education curriculum value education will promote the further implementation of value education of general education curriculum in China's colleges and universities, better realize the coordinated development of curriculum knowledge education and value education. The construction and reform of the core literacy oriented general education courses in colleges and universities can be promoted from the reform of the general curriculum system and the teaching reform of various courses.
