Analysis of Factors Affecting the Quality of Training Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Construction of Monitoring System under the Background of Medical Education Cooperation

Abstract: The state has formally proposed "medical education cooperation" training, which has realized the comprehensive docking of postgraduate education and clinician training, which is a major breakthrough in the reform of clinical medicine education.Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese combining with the discipline characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and the training law of Chinese medicine talents, medicine carried out reform and innovation from seven aspects, including management system, incentive mechanism, tutor concept, classroom teaching, academic pressure, dissertations, clinical assessment, etc., and established a quality assurance system for the cultivation of Chinese Medical Postgraduates under the background of medical education cooperation, improved various quality assurance links, and established and improved the relevant system. To ensure the quality of the training, we can give full play to the collaborative advantages of medical education.In addition, the five-year practice results show that the measures effectively improve the quality of the training of clinical Chinese medicine postgraduates.
