An Analysis of the Current Situation of the Training of the Five-Year Pre-School Education Oriented Students——Taking Qiongtai Normal University as an Example

Abstract: The five-year pre-school education specialty oriented free students is a preschool teacher training project specially formulated by Hainan Province in order to promote the development of local preschool education. This major has a long schooling period, a low starting point of students, strict training specifications and high graduation requirements. Therefore, the personnel training work of the targeted non training students is relatively complex. Starting from the current situation of learning, this paper analyzes the students' comprehensive quality and teaching ability, and expounds the influencing factors that restrict the quality of personnel training of the major. It also attempts to discuss the optimization strategies to improve the quality of the oriented non training talents of five-year pre-school education major from the aspects of professional quality training approaches and practice mode innovation.
