Master of law education needs to promote the integration of industry and education in accordance with the needs of the times. The integration of industry and education is a school model that deeply integrates industry and education, which can promote the reform of the practical teaching mode of master of law. The current practical teaching mode of master of law is characterized by a hierarchical structure, but there are obvious problems such as limited practical scope leading to a“bonsai like”mode, rigid verification and shallow application of digital intelligence, curriculum convergence, resource shortage, the“dual mentor system”becoming a formality, and shallow integration of industry and education, which affect the comprehensive vocational ability cultivation of students. To this end, guided by the integration of industry and education, a“four-dimensional integrated”practical teaching model of“experimental project joint training classified and layered”should be developed through typological innovation, optimizing teaching content, ensuring effective operation, and improving evaluation system to provide guarantees for cultivating high-quality legal master's talents.

Currently, there is a misalignment between rural development and university innovation and entrepreneurship education, hindering the pace of rural transformation and upgrading. Universities should deepen educational reforms and establish a comprehensive talent cultivation system to nurture innovative and entrepreneurial talents for rural areas, thereby driving high-quality rural development. Through reforms in“discipline-entrepreneurship integration”teaching, industry-education collaboration, and cultural resource utilization, the alignment between talent and industrial demands can be strengthened. Additionally, tripartite collaboration among the government, universities, and society is advocated to integrate resources, refine policies, and build an innovation ecosystem, facilitating rural industrial upgrading, common prosperity, and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.

In response to the problem of the existing evaluation system for the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation in universities, which focuses on results rather than processes, this article is based on Stavrby's CIPP model. Firstly, the overall structure is established based on four evaluation dimensions: background, input, process, and outcome. Then, a set of evaluation index system is constructed, which includes four primary indicators, nine secondary indicators, and 26 tertiary indicators; The scientificity and operability of the indicators were verified through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation. This system aims to achieve systematic evaluation and continuous improvement of the entire process of talent cultivation, providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for optimizing“double innovation” education in universities.

Since 2018, domestic scholars have progressively intensified attention and research on the impact of teachers' feedback literacy on classroom teaching quality and student learning outcomes. Guided by a feedback literacy perspective, this study conducts an empirical investigation into the feedback literacy of Business English teachers in universities located in western regions through questionnaires and interviews. Data suggest that while teachers'overall feedback literacy exceeds the intermediate level, disparities persist across different dimensions. To further promote innovation in higher education and enhance teachers' professional competence, efforts should focus on maintaining a high level of feedback design while improving teachers'abilities in establishing feedback consensus and providing demonstrative feedback. At the same time, diversified training programs are needed to address the lack of initiative and in-depth exploration within the learning feedback dimension.

The digital transformation drives the transformation of enterprise financial management towards data-driven decision-making, but there are problems with the disconnect between theory and tools, as well as the separation of teaching and practice in university financial big data analysis courses. To this end, the article proposes to construct a three-level fusion framework of“theory tool scenario”: at the theoretical level, financial knowledge is combined with Power BI tools to run through the entire teaching process; at the practical level, a task driven model is adopted, with pre class layered preview to lower the threshold. During class, data processing, modeling, and decision deduction are completed in stages based on enterprise cases, and role-playing simulations are introduced to simulate decision conflicts. After class, optimization plans are formulated into actionable recommendations. This framework has formed a closed-loop teaching ecology of“tools for use, theories for body, and scenarios for bridge”, which not only solves the problem of traditional courses being disconnected from reality, but also provides a replicable path for the digital transformation of finance and economics courses, promoting the transformation of teaching achievements into practice.

In the context of digital transformation in education, blended learning has become an important direction for teaching reform in applied universities. This article aims to address the challenges of low participation, disconnection between learning and application, and single evaluation in blended teaching of performance management in applied universities. It studies the construction of a four-dimensional innovative model of“project case evaluation teacher”; by collaborating with schools and enterprises to reconstruct the curriculum, we can transform real enterprise problems into a series of practical training project chains; adopting case action learning method to integrate online and offline teaching scenarios, establishing a multi-dimensional evaluation system that combines process and outcome, and strengthening teachers'digital ability and enterprise practical literacy. This model effectively solves the problem of the disconnect between knowledge imparting and ability cultivation, providing a practical path for the construction of hybrid“golden courses”in the context of industry education integration.

Aiming at problems including the disconnection between theory and practice and students'insufficient spatial thinking ability in the descriptive geometry and mechanical drawing course, this study constructed a“three-phase, four-dimension, dual-line integration”blended teaching model based on OBE concept and AI technology. Using the three phases of“pre-class exploration, in-class internalization, and post-class transfer”as the main line, the model systematically designs teaching through four dimensions: objectives, process, evaluation, and environment, achieving deep integration of professional knowledge and comprehensive literacy. Modular and tagged digital resources were developed on the Superstar platform to implement data-driven precision teaching and intelligent evaluation. Two rounds of teaching practice demonstrate that this model effectively enhances students'engineering graphics literacy, standardization awareness, and innovative practical ability, while improving learning initiative and teaching effectiveness, providing a referential path for reforming engineering graphics courses.
