Research on Innovative Paths for Enhancing Digital Literacy of University Teachers under the Background of Digital Transformation

Abstract: In the context of global digital transformation, the digitalization process in the education sector is accelerating. University teachers, as key actors in the digital transformation of education, have significant era value in enhancing their digital literacy. This paper first outlines the practical issues faced by university teachers in improving their digital literacy, then discusses the era value of enhancing their digital literacy. Finally, it proposes specific innovative pathways from four aspects: constructing a tiered and categorized training system, creating a shared resource support system, improving evaluation and incentive mechanisms, and deepening collaboration and innovation between universities and enterprises.
