Exploration and Practice of the Construction Model of Intelligent Business Major Group in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of New Quality Productivity

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the vigorous development of new quality productivity forces, the construction of intelligent business professional clusters in higher vocational colleges under the new business education framework is crucial for cultivating interdisciplinary business talents that meet the demands of the digital economy. This paper deeply analyzes the connotation of new quality productivity and the composition of higher vocational new business intelligent business professional groups, explores the impact of new quality productivity on the talent requirements of these professional groups, reveals the problems of insufficient correlation and foresight within the professional group, uneven distribution of resources, irrational curricula, and short boards of faculty in the construction of the current professional group and build an innovative construction model based on it, including perfecting the group logic, clarifying the goals and positioning of professional group construction, and reconstructing the professional group to meet the demand of digital economy. Based on this, an innovative construction model is constructed, which includes improving the logic, clarifying the objectives and positioning construction, reconstructing the curriculum system, and building the faculty, etc. The aim is to improve the quality of professional group construction and provide strong talent support for the development of new quality productivity.
