Exploration and Practice of “Japanese + IT” Digitalization Talents Training Mode under the Background of Interdisciplinary Integration

Abstract: With the trend of globalization and the rapid development of information technology, the demand for compound talents who understand both Japanese and information technology has increased. The traditional Japanese education mode or the single IT education mode has been difficult to meet the market demand for this kind of compound talents. This paper analyzes the current problems in talents training, and optimizes the curriculum design and strengthens the resource construction. This paper analyzes the current problems, and through optimizing the curriculum design, strengthening the construction of resources, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and increasing practice opportunities and other measures, to cultivate compound talents who understand both Japanese and IT technology, to meet the market demand for such talents.
