Abstract: Against the backdrop of deepening reforms in vocational education and advancing the“Healthy China 2030” strategy, vocational physical education teaching is facing a paradigm shift from skill imparting to holistic development. Based on the core concept of the new curriculum standard, this article systematically analyzes the structural contradictions in current vocational physical education teaching, proposes to construct a dual wheel driven education system of “vocational orientation+health promotion”, innovates the scenario based teaching mode of“job course competition certificate”integration, explores the practical path of coordinated development of vocational physical fitness training and core literacy improvement, aiming to effectively solve the dilemma of the disconnect between traditional physical education teaching and vocational ability training, and provide physical function support and vocational literacy guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents.
