Abstract: In order to meet the needs of talent cultivation in traditional Chinese medicine in the new era, this article uses Er Zhi Wan as a carrier to design a comprehensive experimental teaching plan covering traditional Chinese medicine processing, formulation technology, quality analysis, and efficacy evaluation; through multidimensional practices such as optimizing processing techniques through orthogonal experiments, comparing traditional handmade pill making techniques, and modern instrument analysis methods, we aim to cultivate students'scientific research thinking and innovation abilities, and explore the deep integration path between pharmaceutical education and the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine. The results showed that the program significantly improved students'practical ability and interdisciplinary literacy, providing an example for the reform of traditional Chinese medicine experimental teaching.
