Research on Strategies for Cultivating the Abilities of English Teachers in Rural Primary Schools

Abstract: The ability of rural primary school English teachers directly affects the effectiveness of students'English learning. Good skills can help teachers better organize and implement teaching activities, and provide high-quality English education. In order to improve the teaching level and professional ability of rural primary school English teachers, this article aims to explore effective training strategies. By analyzing the current situation of English teachers in rural primary schools, a series of specific and feasible training strategies are proposed. These strategies cover multiple aspects such as teacher training, resource support, and curriculum design, aiming to provide more comprehensive support and assistance for rural primary school English teachers to enhance their professional abil it ies. By implementing these strategies, we look forward to seeing a significant improvement in the teaching level of English teachers in rural primary schools in the future, and contributing to the development of rural education.
