Research on the Key Factors of College Students Winning Prizes in Discipline Competitions under the Background of Competition and Teaching Integration

Abstract: Competition-education integration, as an educational model, aims to enhance students'active learning abilities and problem-solving skills by integrating competition with traditional teaching. This paper makes a systematic analysis of individual, team and school, and explores how these factors affect students’performance in discipline competitions. It further emphasizes that individual innovation ability, team cooperation mechanism and school’s comprehensive support are the key factors to improve competition results under the background of competition and teaching integration.
