Research on the Construction of Hotel Management and Digital Operations Curriculum System in Vocational Colleges under the Integration of “Job Course Competition Certificate”

Abstract

Abstract: With the rapid development of the tourism and hotel industries, the demand for hotel management talents in society has significantly increased. However, the traditional hotel management education model is no longer able to meet the talent needs of the modern hotel industry. Modern hotel management not only requires management skills and service awareness, but also digital operational capabilities such as data analysis, intelligent management system operation, and online marketing. This article aims to explore the construction strategy of the hotel management and digital operation course system in vocational colleges under the integration of “job course competition and certification”. Guided by industry demand, it integrates the requirements and standards of actual job positions into course teaching, which helps to enhance students'professional literacy and market competitiveness.
