Outcome Based Education is a kind of educational concept oriented by students' learning outcomes, it forms a process of continuous improvement, in this process, it is necessary to establish an effective evaluation mechanism to ensure the realization of curriculum objectives and graduation requirements. Based on the concept of OBE education and the analysis of the problems existing in the current assessment system of professional courses, this paper constructs a diversified assessment system of synoptic meteorology course based on the evaluation of the degree of achievement of curriculum objectives. Based on specific objectives, diversification of teaching activities and diversified teaching methods, examining ways, from the objective to achieve dimension evaluation, get the evaluation result more scientific and objective, to improve curriculum of high order, innovative and challenges has a good role in promoting, also more conducive to the implementation of continuous improvement, agreed to provide powerful support for graduation requirements.

Therefore, studying the influencing factors of local agricultural universities serving the cultivation of innovative talents for agriculture, rural areas, and farmers under the rural revitalization strategy is of great significance for local agricultural universities serving the cultivation of innovative talents for agriculture, rural areas, and farmers. Through research, it was found that supportive policies, incentive mechanisms, research platforms, local sentiment, farming education, and campus atmosphere are key factors for local agricultural universities to serve the quality of innovative talents cultivation in agriculture, rural areas, and farmers. Higher vocational college graduates are high-skilled people in the human resources market, whose human capital value performs a positive role in promoting the economic development and social progress of small and medium-sized cities. Taking Huaian City, Jiangsu Province as an example, this study empirically analyzes the local employment intention and relevant influencing factors of higher vocational college students in Huaian through questionnaire survey and logistic regression model, in the meantime, in view of the factors of individual, family, economy, society and industry that hinder the local employment intention of higher vocational college students, it proposes corresponding strategies, including: including driving the local employment of higher vocational college students through leading industries, enhancing the attractiveness of local employment; improving the social environment and optimizing the policy to attract highly skilled talents; and strengthening the promotion and implementation of talent policy to enhance the attraction to high-skilled talents through the collaboration among government, colleges and enterprises.

In this study, the food additives course was taken as an example, based on the concept of OBE and the graduation requirements, the curriculum content and goals were reasonable designed, the relationships were built between the graduation requirements, the curriculum content and goals, in addition, the method of curriculum goals achievement, evaluation method and scoring rules were formulated. It is showed that the curriculum objectives achievements are helpful to improve and optimize the teaching design of food additives, improve the teaching quality. Objective
To explore the application effect of case teaching method based on mind map fusion in clinical teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery.
Methods
From September 2020 to June 2021, 20 resident and trained doctors rotating in our hospital's otolaryngology head and neck surgery were selected as the control group, and from September 2021 to June 2022, 20 resident and trained doctors rotating in our hospital's otolaryngology head and neck surgery were selected as the observation group. The control group used traditional teaching methods, and the observation group used mind map fusion case teaching method. The clinical teaching time was 6 months. Compare the examination results, comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students.
Results
After teaching, the scores of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and total assessment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The scores of independent learning ability, communication ability and clinical skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The satisfaction of clinical teaching in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (

<0.05).
Conclusion
The integrated teaching mode based on mind mapping has significant advantages in clinical teaching of head and neck cancer, which is helpful to improve students ' assessment results and teaching satisfaction.
