The Problems and Countermeasures of Innovation in the Cultivation Mechanism of School Enterprise "Double Teacher" Team under the Background of Industrial College

Abstract: When cultivating high-quality skilled and technical talents, the construction of "double qualified" teacher teams has attracted much attention, many universities have actively tried modern educational paths, accurately positioned the "double qualified" teacher standards and the training goals of high-quality talents, integrating and utilizing multiple high-quality education resources, and actively improved the level of comprehensive teachers around the practical conditions for the development of industrial colleges. Based on the background of industrial colleges and "double qualified" teachers, this article analyzes the specific countermeasures for comprehensively innovating the training mechanism of "double qualified" teams in universities and enterprises under the background of industrial colleges, with a view to providing corresponding references for the scientific utilization of high-quality educational resources in universities.
