    Mathematical physics method is an important professional basic course in physics, which is generally considered difficult to teach, learn and understand by teachers and students.     Taken the in 2021 pharmaceutical preparation major students of Anhui Science and Technology University as research object, we introduced online problem-based learning tutorial module into the teaching practice of pharmaceutical molecular biology, and explored its feasibility and effectiveness. With a learning format composition of traditional didactic teaching, online problem-solving tutorial, group discussion, teacher's comment and questionnaire, we found the online problem-based learning tutorial can promote students' initiative, motivate students toward self-directed learning, and develop students' abilities of cooperation and expression. The combination of online problem-based learning tutorials and traditional didactic teaching is welcomed by the students, and can effectively improve students' innovative problem-solving abilities.

    Through the case sharing teaching practice, taking the teaching of big data analysis for undergraduates majoring in economic statistics in financial and economic colleges as the research object, aiming at the problems existing in the course of big data analysis for the students majoring in economic statistics, this paper expounds the necessity of the teaching reform of this course, and puts forward innovative teaching method of "optimizing content + case analysis + software realization", which is mainly case-sharing teaching and supplemented by theory teaching.     Innovation and entrepreneurship education have become one of the important contents of contemporary university education.     Objective To explore the application of rain classroom in biochemistry theory teaching. Methods Taking undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine in 2018 and undergraduate students majoring in all majors in 2019 and 2020 as the research object, through the application of several semesters, the students are allowed to evaluate the teaching effect of rain classroom theory course in the form of questionnaire survey, and compare the results of final examination in several semesters, to understand the feasibility of rain classroom in biochemistry theory teaching. Results A total of 4 000 questionnaires were distributed in several semesters. Feedback of questionnaire results: 100% of students believe that rain classroom is an essential teaching tool in biochemistry theory teaching. The final examination results of several semesters show that the final exam of the classes with rain classroom teaching are higher than those without rain classroom teaching. Conclusions The application of rain classroom in biochemistry theory teaching has achieved good teaching results, and rain classroom can be implemented in all undergraduate teaching.

    Under the background of "comprehensive health", teaching in TCM colleges and universities needs effectively combine "national health, traditional Chinese medicine, innovation and entrepreneurship", carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education practice according to TCM specialty characteristics and TCM students' personality characteristics, improve students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability and serve the health of the whole people. Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and Hunan Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine jointly held the Hunan Provincial"comprehensive health"innovation and entrepreneurship competition. The competition highlighted the theme of "comprehensive health", focused on industry development, accurately matched the needs of enterprises, equipped with double mentors, and strengthened landing practice; promoting innovation, teaching, learning and training by means of competition has achieved certain results.

    In order to improve the level of regional innovation and entrepreneurship and drive regional economic development, taking Aba area, Sichuan Province as an example, the operation mechanism and service functions of the multi-collaborative entrepreneurial ecosystem are studied. By analyzing the current situation of the construction of the multi-collaborative entrepreneurship ecosystem in Aba area, starting from the dynamic mechanism, symbiosis mechanism, competition and cooperation mechanism, and balance adjustment mechanism of the participating subjects and supporting environment, the operation mechanism of the multi-collaborative entrepreneurship ecosystem is analyzed, and the multi-collaborative entrepreneurship ecosystem is deeply analyzed. In order to improve the level of regional entrepreneurship from two aspects of operation mechanism and service function, and promote the further development of the regional economy.

    In recent years, according to the overall policy requirements of the Ministry of Education for innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the Beijing Municipal Education Commission has organized the establishment and implementation of the high-level talents cross-training project for entrepreneurial graduation design since 2015. This article mainly explains the process management mode and quality assurance mechanism of entrepreneurial graduation design. It also proposes to use the PDCA cycle management mode to gradually improve the quality of entrepreneurial graduation design, and achieve the goal of continuous improvement. In addition, this article analyzes the existing problems in detail and provides countermeasures to address them.
