Abstract: In recent years, due to the expansion of the national college enrollment scale and the change of market economic environment, the employment market of college graduates has appeared the phenomenon of imbalance between supply and demand, the employment environment has also undergone great changes, the difficult employment of college students has become a practical problem to be solved urgently. In the context of today's technological development, the enterprises need high-quality talents whom with extensive theoretical knowledge and practical skills, possess innovative and entrepreneurial ability to meet the needs of enterprise development. Establish a collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship practice education model between schools and enterprises can promote the innovation-driven development strategy, provide intellectual support and talent support, build and improve the education system for students' growth and development, as well as cultivate professional and innovative talents.
