Research on Students' Autonomous Learning Strategies under the Background of Student Diversity

Abstract: At present, the diversity of students in higher vocational colleges is mainly reflected in the different admission basis, learning needs, individual differences and age level differences of students. The traditional talent training mode can no longer meet the diverse needs of students. In this context, through the analysis of students' differences and the current situation of autonomous learning, with the help of the Internet online network resource library, the use of the Internet platform to reconstruct teaching content, carry out teaching implementation for students in hierarchical groups, and cultivate students' ability of autonomous lifelong learning.
