Exploration and Practice of the Working Mode of Student Administrator of Laboratories in Colleges and Universities

Abstract: This article expounds the significance of students' participation in laboratory safety management, based on improving the management level of laboratory and promoting students' integrated development. Taking the establishment and operation management of the student administrator working mode in the experimental center of Wuhan Institute of Technology materials science and engineering as an example, this paper introduces the operation mechanism of the student administrator mode in laboratories in colleges and universities. The practice results show that students' participation in laboratory management as student administrators not only improves safety management efficiency of laboratories, but also cultivates students' safety accomplishment, scientific research consciousness, management ability, team spirit, etc., which lays a good foundation for the cultivation of fully developed and high-quality engineers and technicians.
