Abstract: The current university education faces an important problem that the practical ability and innovation ability of undergraduates do not well meet the requirement of employers. In order to mitigate it, we first analyzes the realistic meaning of the university-enterprise joint training and the current existing limitations, and then discusses the necessity of carrying out the university-enterprise joint training. After that, the paper proposes a new university-enterprise joint training mode based on innovation-driven practice. This new joint training mode focuses on the construction of the collaborative innovation center and the collaborative practice base, which can improve the training quality and employment quality of undergraduates by making the bilateral communication more smooth. Meanwhile, we also explore the positive effects of the university-enterprise joint talent training and present some feasible suggestions for further improvements.
