Teaching Reform and Exploration of the Course of Rapid Detection Technology of Food Based on Shenzhen's "One Street, One Car, One Room" Model

Abstract: Rapid Detection Technology of Food is a professional skills class in the majors of food biotechnology and food inspection & testing technology. It is closely linked to training professional person of ability for food safety regulatory agencies, third-party food inspection and other industries food rapid inspection positions. This article starts from the demand for high-quality skilled personnel in the "one street, one car and one room" food rapid inspection model in Shenzhen. According to the exist problems of the teaching, we carried out a series of reforms, such as the teaching contents, teaching methods and assessment methods. The curriculum reform had made good teaching effects, which could improve the ability of students to adapt to local food rapid inspection career positions.
