Strategies for Enhancing Graduate Students' Practical Innovation Ability under the Background of New Engineering

Abstract: In response to the problems of traditional teaching methods being difficult to achieve“learning by doing”and students'low innovation and practical abilities under the background of new engineering, this article conducts research on strategies to enhance graduate students'practical and innovative abilities. The purpose of this article is to identify the positioning and direction of serving the important national strategy, guided by social development and industry needs, with the goal of cultivating practical and innovative graduate talents who can promote education and serve society. Through the“learning by doing”teaching model and supported by projects, the advantages of dual mentors between schools and enterprises are fully utilized to achieve collaborative education among multiple subjects. By delving deeply into ideological and political elements, we can achieve the mutual improvement of“intellectual education”and“moral education”unconsciously, in order to accomplish the fundamental task of cultivating morality and nurturing people.
