Exploration of Innovative Talent Cultivation Models for Intelligent-Related Disciplines in Higher Forestry Colleges in the Context of Digital Education Transformation

Abstract: This paper focuses on the cultivation mechanism of compound innovative talents integrating high and new technologies with the forestry industry, and proposes a reconstruction path of the education system based on the two-way empowerment of“artificial intelligence + forestry”. Based on the analysis of the current situation of innovative talent cultivation in higher forestry colleges and universities, this paper focuses on the characteristics of the cross-integration of intelligent and forestry disciplines, and proposes to construct an innovative cultivation model of“two wings and six dimensions”with the core goal of cross-integrated innovative talent cultivation, as well as a collaborative education framework of“digital empowerment - interdisciplinary integration - industry-education integration”oriented towards forestry problems. Propose the innovative training mode of “one core leading and dual-track parallel”, optimize the curriculum system of“artificial intelligence + forestry”, implement the diversified construction of the teaching staff, and build a teaching echelon featuring dual employment by schools and enterprises as well as interdisciplinary and compound teaching; improve the reform measures of the“project-driven - platform support - institutional guarantee”system and establish a cross-disciplinary innovation joint training bases.
