Exploration and Practice of the “Three Integration, Four Stage, and Five Chain” Skill Talent Training Model in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of New Quality Productivity

Abstract: New quality productivity reshapes the industrial value chain with digital technology and green concepts, and high-quality technical and skilled talents become the“first resource”. This article first analyzes the practical challenges faced by the cultivation of high skilled talents under the background of new quality productivity. Based on the requirements of new quality productivity for the core abilities of technical skilled talents, it proposes an innovative construction of the“three integrations, four levels, and five chains”talent cultivation model for higher vocational education: integrating vocational education with general education, integrating industry and education, and integrating science and education. It follows the spiral progression of basic cognition, skill strengthening, project practice, and innovation breakthrough through the“four levels”, and connects the education chain with the industry chain, supports the talent chain through the skill chain, and feeds back the innovation chain through the value chain to create a comprehensive education ecology.
